Quality of work is average. The company was late to several appoints and I had to reschedule. Their price is higher than other competitors. There's no open price list, it's just labels with a total number at the bottom line. It makes me wonder if this is a trustworthy company as far as pricing.

If you get it in writing that your roof installation will not be too heavy for the frame of your home, and a few months later your roof is sinking and the frame is cracking, is the roofer responsible?
