There is absolutely zero communication for touch ups and fix ups

Cabinet was painted the wrong color, still haven’t heard back from PM. Also left a VM for the company and haven’t heard back from anyone.

I liked the fact that Alliance offered a financing same as cash option. We also were very pleased with the outcome of our project. I think the communication with Alliance was very good in that they kept us on track with reminders of what we needed to accomplish prior to the start of our project.

We are pleased with the final job but we were very disappointed in the lack of quality and attention to detail on our garage door. Painters had to come back to redo many of the places. There are still places that were not done correctly.

I would not recommend Alliance Painting. The project was marked by ongoing issues with the timeline, scope of work, and pricing. In addition, I consistently felt disrespected in my interactions with Jeremy, whose communication often came across as curt and condescending. Despite repeated back-and-forth via email, phone, and text, no one in a supervisory role stepped in to address concerns or provide support. After the job was completed and paid in full, I received a generic “Welcome to the Alliance Painting Family” email inviting me to reach out with any concerns—despite the fact that concerns had been raised throughout the entire process.

I am likely to recommend Alliance Painting to a friend; however, I have to follow up with the company due to my window getting painted in the process. It was not painted correctly. Once I go through them, they send their resources to get it cleaned.
