The team that did the project was fast, and the work was excilent quality.

I would not recommend Alliance Painting. The project was marked by ongoing issues with the timeline, scope of work, and pricing. In addition, I consistently felt disrespected in my interactions with Jeremy, whose communication often came across as curt and condescending. Despite repeated back-and-forth via email, phone, and text, no one in a supervisory role stepped in to address concerns or provide support. After the job was completed and paid in full, I received a generic “Welcome to the Alliance Painting Family” email inviting me to reach out with any concerns—despite the fact that concerns had been raised throughout the entire process.

I am likely to recommend Alliance Painting to a friend; however, I have to follow up with the company due to my window getting painted in the process. It was not painted correctly. Once I go through them, they send their resources to get it cleaned.

Crew consisted of 1 person. The process the salesperson sold us was not what was done.

My house was empty with no furniture. They requested to have to house cleaned before they started. So I did that. Then when they finished, the paint dust was EVERYWHERE. The housekeeper came back and said I will have to pay again. The alarm panel was not covered, it has paint. Dust was on all the floors, stove, window seals, blinds, refrigerator, and all the counters. Several light and plug covers was not put back in place, and one of the lights were left dangling.

Professional service with all aspects explained thoroughly. Project was completed efficiently without incident or rework. Paint was delivered separately so that brand of paint was clearly evident.

We were pleased with the whole process overall!!

Alliance did a great job at the painting itself! However, we were disappointed with the scheduling process and it was a lot longer to project completion than anticipated.

The company was professional. They provide good quality. The pricing is slightly high. The experience was great.

The project manager was attentive to my concerns and the team worked to correct issues.

Attention to detail was lacking in many areas including clean lines/edges and coverage to cabinetry. The cabinet faces are smooth and have good coverage. The sides of the cabinet doors and drawer fronts are rough to the touch and do not appear to have been sanded properly. I have found some spots where the old cabinet color is showing through.

There are areas of coverage on walls that do not appear as though they had 2 coats of paint as was initially promised, such as on small bathroom walls.

Clean lines are not consistently present where the cabinetry meets the tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.

The crew covered areas appropriately with taping and plastic; however, the tape that was used peeled off many areas of the interior cabinet surfaces which were in good condition previously.

I might tell a friend about Alliance but with the caveat that their painters required a lot of oversight and corrections.

Price was high and the quality was average

A little concernd about our crew this time. Excellent painters, great personalities, taught me some "tricks of the trade." But, there must have been a disconnect between the work order saying "drywall repair" and what was to be done, installing two 8X10 drywall patches from 1990's vintage intercom speakers removed. This required an air compressor, and texture spraying but painter had to drive to Carrolton to get what he neeed, which was a couple hours. He was under impression it was just a small drywall repair he could handle. On the final day, was told they are taking an early lunch 11:30, to return earlier and finish earlier. However, lunch out and sitting in pickup took close to two hours, and work did not get started back until around 1:30 and it was around 4: 45 pm before finishing. So ... in my opinion, improved communication of work to be done, and a more strick hours of operation, could have concluded the project in 1.5 days, not 2 full days. And, he had to bring a 3rd person on the second day in order to finish. I have used a remodler three times this year, bathrooms. He arrives at 8:30. Takes lunch at 12:30 - 1:30 and leaves promptly at 5:30. Every single day. No standing around or us guessing. The last Alliance project had a husband and wife team paint our great room, kitchen, some cabinets and a hallway and they were fantastic. We will request them again, if we need Allicance. Finally, I would rather the painter did not know about this review, for security reasons. But I would keep closer tabs on this crew.

There are a lot of things I'm having to call them back for. Each door in my home is not painted up on the top part of it. You can't see it just by standing there, but you can when you're standing over it, like if you're putting up a light bulb. Also, seven of my lights in my kitchen are all off centered, and I can't put a bulb in. I had electrical work done, and they painted in my outlet, so all of those have to be replaced. Not only that, but here are two rooms that need to be repainted because the top is not matching with the bottom half.

The two were very conscience. Because of their experience, they had a rythum of how the two worked together, accomplished their tasks. We are very pleased with the final result.

Communication was poor after first day. My contact was unavailable for remainder of project. Crew spoke no English. Three day project became five days. Damaged my door frame; they had to then paint it. Was told that old wall in kitchen would be sanded flat before painting; later told that was incorrect.
