Because the kitchen is not to my satisfaction. We only asked for the popcorn to be taken off and the ceiling textured and painted in the kitchen. In the living room we asked for popcorn removal and ceiling textured and painted, and we also wanted the walls painted. We have a problem in the kitchen where the ceiling meets the wall all the way around. Some roughness is still there that is I guess from the ceiling popcorn. I have pictures of all of this and have sent yall an email with pictures. You never responded. If you look at the way the living room was done and look at the kitchen you can tell it was done by 2 different painters. The living room is seamless where the ceiling meets the wall. The kitchen should not have been left like that. The person that came for our walk through stood in one place and never even looked closely at any of it.

We also had a problem about the living room painter asking for more money, the supervisor saying to just pay cash to keep from having to do a change order ($450 more). That extra money was for something that should definitely been in the original total. Not good business!!!

This seems to be a marketing company with great brochures and sales people but the actual work is done by unskilled labor you can hire off the street. The disappointments are too numerous to list all of them but simple cleanup not done, spilled black paint on expensive white limestone not cleaned up, gutters not cleaned out as stated in brochure, wrought iron fence to be painted was originally done haphazardly. It took two or three trips back to finally wear out their welcome. I expected a professional type crew and they were not. Couldn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate, project manager was only on-site for few minutes each day. I would find and independent painter that cares about doing an excellent job for himself if I had it to do over again.

The two people they sent were not quality painters. I had to follow them to make sure they didn’t leave drips, and one of them basically ruined my living room wall when he tried to fix some dents with texture. I had to have someone else come and fix things after they left.

The “crew” of one showed up @ 4:40pm on first day. Needed MY tools, air compressor, water hose to do job. Pressure washed house before removing gutters. Salesman came out next day to start removing gutters. Showed up with no ice chest and wanting to use mine. Lead man spoke ZERO English. Asked me what to do. Crappy paint job. High pressure sales tactics.

In general well done. There was some bleed over on the trim cut-ins and granite.

We weren't notified about how bad the spray fumes from the oil based paint would be nor how long the odor would last.

Work was great. People were great. Price was held firm. Delays made it a 5 day project. That was the only semi-negative

I would say the quality of work by the trade was fantastic. It was more of a management issue.

The job the team did on my house was absolutely amazing! I love it. It looks like a new house. I also appreciate the communication. The team always communicated when they would be here , and how long the project would take. My son said the crew worked very hard;especially in the Texas heat. Way to go Alliance.

We are pleased with the final job but we were very disappointed in the lack of quality and attention to detail on our garage door. Painters had to come back to redo many of the places. There are still places that were not done correctly.

I would not recommend Alliance Painting. The project was marked by ongoing issues with the timeline, scope of work, and pricing. In addition, I consistently felt disrespected in my interactions with Jeremy, whose communication often came across as curt and condescending. Despite repeated back-and-forth via email, phone, and text, no one in a supervisory role stepped in to address concerns or provide support. After the job was completed and paid in full, I received a generic “Welcome to the Alliance Painting Family” email inviting me to reach out with any concerns—despite the fact that concerns had been raised throughout the entire process.

My house was empty with no furniture. They requested to have to house cleaned before they started. So I did that. Then when they finished, the paint dust was EVERYWHERE. The housekeeper came back and said I will have to pay again. The alarm panel was not covered, it has paint. Dust was on all the floors, stove, window seals, blinds, refrigerator, and all the counters. Several light and plug covers was not put back in place, and one of the lights were left dangling.
