Review of Bone Dry Roofing by

· Tulsa

This is my second home that I've had re-roofed with them and they did a great job. They came out on the weekend to give me a quote and to start some of the work. They were very prompt in responding to all of my needs. I was very pleased with their service and I'm very happy with the end result.

Review of Zipco by

· Liberty

Zipco's project manager was okay to work with, but his sub contractors were terrible. Hardwood floors and ceiling repair had to be done twice due to extremely poor workmanship.

Review of DHI Roofing by

· Kansas City

Brian was very dependable, he responded promptly and was very professional. When Brian could be at the job he sent Johnathan who was just as dependable. It was a job well done. I was very pleased.

Review of Kohler Bathroom Design Service by

We were so pleased that we are going to do another.

Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?
It is tough to say allthough tt can be normal assuming the gutters/fascia are metal and in an area of the home that receives direct sunlight (enough to cause expansion and contraction).  IMO
What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?
R-49 also ventilation is very important to have soffit vent as well as roof vent to keep the attic cool and dry.
