The young man who did the job seemed to be professional.

They were very expensive.

They took forever, and they completely measured the windows wrong, They tried to fill in spaces that shouldn't have been, some windows had about 6 to 7 inches of space on top and bottom, and we have three in the kitchen that has to be replaced because they were too small. They should've measured properly.

My windows were expensive; but you get what you pay for. Expert installation costs money!

I felt like by comparison to many of the other companies that we had had out to provide estimates, the sales experience as well as the installation really exceeded our expectations.

We were so happy with their workers because they did fantastic work. They were prompt every day and they were great.

The timeliness of ordering the windows was substantially different than what we were told by the salesperson. The prices were also substantially higher than any other window company.

The best part of Alenco so far has been the installation, closely followed by the insulating effect of the windows themselves. I appreciated the thoroughness of the installer in leaving the exterior and interior better than when he arrived. Even better, we were able to have the windows inset enough to allow for the drywall return style we wanted.

The next day, the whole house felt noticeably warmer and my feet didn't get cold in my office, which is one of the rooms the windows were installed in.

I was disappointed in the fact that what the salesman told me and what I ended up with were two different things.

They are reliable, polite, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I would warn them that the selection is slim. Only 1 shower head, only 1 faucet system. Tub, and trim are high gloss while the wall system is very matte. Otherwise great work.

Although they finally got everything done, it was not supervised. It was a poor quality install, and it took way too long.

The keying is different from the outside door to the inside door. That was not discussed. The keys do not match.

Have already done so! Have warned them about the sticker shock pricing but the quality is excellent. Still think you guys could lower pricing a little better. Not everyone is a “Gates or Bezzos”:(! Otherwise, 5 stars.

Alenco Inc did what they promised. It was a good quality work. My mother is happy. The roof was done on her house and so we could not ask for anything any better.

Brought wrong windows first time.Installed 2 bad windows on the second trip.Was going to replace these windows in 2 weeks.I have called after 2 weeks and told they would get back with me this week.Nightmare at the very best.Do not pay these people until you are sure everything is done right.
