Have already done so! Have warned them about the sticker shock pricing but the quality is excellent. Still think you guys could lower pricing a little better. Not everyone is a “Gates or Bezzos”:(! Otherwise, 5 stars.
Alenco Inc did what they promised. It was a good quality work. My mother is happy. The roof was done on her house and so we could not ask for anything any better.

Brought wrong windows first time.Installed 2 bad windows on the second trip.Was going to replace these windows in 2 weeks.I have called after 2 weeks and told they would get back with me this week.Nightmare at the very best.Do not pay these people until you are sure everything is done right.

Great Company For Your Home Renovations
Found Alenco via display at my local Sam's Club. I was a little leary at first due to them advertising in a discount club, but decided I had nothing to lose to at least hear the sales pitch and see the samples of their product. In the end we chose Alenco over the other companies/products that we looked at due to the quality of their products. They are not the cheapest around, but their siding and window products are better than most we looked at; we were willing to pay a little more for quality. We had nothing but very responsive and friendly interactions with sales and installation team throughout the process. Never felt pressured during the sales process (Carl was wonderful!), and our siding and windows were done about a month sooner than anticipated. Installers were super careful of keeping the inside of my home clean during window installation. They placed drop cloths and changed/removed their shoes while inside. Would've liked better communication between the schedulers and the sales team. I mentioned to both the rep at Sam's and the one that called to set up our initial in home consult, that I was looking to do faux stone on the front of our hose in addition to the siding and windows. When a rep called to confirm our appointment a couple days before, I mentioned it again. However, when our salesman showed up he did not bring samples of the stone siding because "no one had communicated to him that we were looking at that." However, we were able to go to their showroom in Lenexa to see samples in person, and I actually preferred to see it in the showroom on actual applications, so that was easily remedied. I would've also liked to have seen better clean up during the siding installation as we found several screws and nails in our driveway, but once we brought it up with our installers they were attentive to it. There was also a day that was windy and a couple of the boxes of siding they had stored around the house had blown open and pieces of siding blew into our's and our neighbor's yards. I text the installer to notify him that we picked all of it up, and within the hour he came out (on his day off) to secure the boxes better against the wind. We did not ask him to come out, but he did of his own volition to make sure all was okay. Overall, we are happy with our new siding and windows and would recommend Alenco to those needing these done on their home.

The salesperson is a liar and a scam. They kept lying to us on when the windows would be shipped in and ready for install. Then it took another 3 weeks and 3 different times they rescheduled on us for different excuses and forced us to call off work for each time. They dont resolve problems at all. They scammed and lied to us to where we were locked into a contract when we wanted to cancel. I would never work with this company again.
