I hired them to fix some water damage in thr wall behind my kitchen counter. They had to cut out parts of the cabinet and wall. In the process, 2 hoses to my dishwasher were cut (neither of which were previously leaking). He said he only cut one so I had a plumber come out who said BOTH hoses had been cut using the same saw tool. Spent over 1 month trying to find a replacement for the stupid specialty hose at different hardware stores and eventually had to order it from the company by mail. They also took the pieces of the cabinet they cut out so when the contractors arrived to re-build the cabinets, they couldn’t see the original design or measurements and had to build it from scratch. Added 2 days to the repairs. Still doesn’t look like new. There are jagged cut marks in the middle of the back of my cabinets from where he cut half the board out. Didn’t give full disclosure of side effects of having a heavy duty heater and de-humidifier in house (only talked about noise), so my wife and I got head aches and dry throats and finally moved out of the house with our baby and went to a hotel.
