The windows themselves appear to be satisfactory, although my heating bill has not declined but increased after a mild January. My issue is the shoddy screens which have long wires sticking out on the edges and raggedy corners. One of the screens has 3 large holes, big enough for a wasp or bee to fly in. The edges of the screens are not reinforced to strengthen and conceal the wires as my previous screens had. At $1000 a window, this is not satisfactory. Three employees have told me that they will have the screens replaced but that has not happened. (Apparently employee turnover is high.) The installation was annoying as well. Three large branches from 2 shrubs were cut off to facilitate installation, however, I was not informed of this by the installers. I later found the branches had been replaced back into the shrubs, so that I would not notice until the installers were gone. I was left to dispose of them. Nor did they dust the windows as I was informed that they are required to do. The salesman stated that I would not have to submit a payment until I was completely satisfied but a day after installation, I got the call requesting payment. Three months later, I still am not satisfied.
After getting bids for a home improvement project, the decision to go with Yeureka was easy. From the initial evaluation to the clean up, the folks with Yeureka and HMI (door manufacturer) did an outstanding job, and I would recommend them to anyone.Although we went a little above our target budget, it was well worth it given the high quality doors and workmanship. I can't emphasize that enough - the work was superb and we couldn't be happier with the end result!
We were sold on our representative Kevin's knowledge, and amazing presentation of the great quality of windows compared to your average name brand. the workmanship and quality was a quick sell for us! easy financing . Kevin answered every question and concern, and made sure our HOA permits were ready to go! The day of delivery and installation went just as smooth. workman were courteous , efficient, clean and quick! we have already referred 2 friends to this company.
Excellent workmanship and our sales representative provided accurate and precise cost estimate and time frame for the work to be done. Should I have addition needs for home remodeling Yeureka is at the top of my list!

The team for Yeureka was very professional. I wasn't sure what style and look I wanted. Krikor guided me through everything keeping we within my budget and still giving me a great looking door. During installation they explained everything and also were clean and tidy. They ensured they took the time at the end to walk me through the work and show me all features of the new door. I love my door and have already received so many compliments.
We had an issue with the screen in our front door, full screen door, where the screen was popping out of the track on the bottom of the door. The weatherstripping was pulling out. Krikor came out and replaced the screen for us and repaired the door AT NO CHARGE. Couldn't ask for better service from anybody! Highly recommend.
