Yes Solar Solutions has great customer service and they respond quickly. We did not always feel that enough information was shared prior to things happening.

Additional comments
Likely To Refer
Likely To Refer - I already have recommended them. They are just so easy to work with and kept all their promises 100 percent.
Areas Of Satisfaction
Areas Of Satisfaction - They met or exceeded expectations in their attention to detail, and they asked me several times for my opinion on the way the wires were run. Actually, they spotted something that I didn't even see and said they would be back to fix it, and they did.
Customer Suggestion
Customer Suggestion - I also had another estimate from another company who was very pushy. All they wanted to do was just sell the financing on it, whereas Yes Solar Solutions was so easy to work with and didn't bring up financing until I asked for it. Maybe they needed to make that a little more obvious and that they would be glad to offer financing or have you pay upfront.
Current Referrals
Current Referrals - I did have a friend call and ask if they had a branch in Florida, but they didn't. Everybody who has seen it, I have told them (if they were interested) that I would give a recommendation. It's on the back of the house, so not a lot of people see it.

Review of Kohler Bathroom Design Service by Susan S.
My Kohler Designer was able to capture the look and feel of the updated bathroom space I wanted. The service went far beyond the selection of faucets, sinks and lavatory. It included help picking tiles, cabinets & hardware, mirrors, lighting and paint colors that coordinated with the rest of my home... more
Review of Taylor Construction by Joyce P.
The crew put new gutters on my new home. I already had gutters so they took them down, cleaned them out and put the new gutter guards on. My yard was clean when they left; they even moved and replaced my recycle bin before they left. They were friendly and efficient.
