We have had our windows for 15 years and decided to add more. We decided to contact Windows USA for the new windows because of how good of a job they did the first time.

I am still waiting for them to call me back to re-install my windows, which were installed backwards. You are not supposed to see into it but you are supposed to be able to see out of it. Management called me back and said they were going to schedule someone to come out to repair that, but I have not heard back from them.

The windows look good. However, they seem totally different from what the salesperson showed me. If it's cold outside, it is still cold in my house. On the demonstration, they showed me it would block the outside weather. I don't feel a difference with these windows. I feel like he showed me something totally different.

I think the windows are great and have a beautiful style. However, I did not like the salesperson, Dylan Runyan. Had it not been for the salesperson who did the presentation, everything else would've been a 10 out of 10.
