I have already referred WW to 3 other people

Damaged product upon delivery that had to be reordered and then reinstalled. Damaged windows during install by inexperienced install team. Door had to be reordered 4 times for one to arrive without damage. Installed started in August and finally was completed in February. It was ultimately made right, but not without a ton of extra effort and time. Guess we were given an extra $500 off for the trouble.

The price was good and the installers did a great job.

Quality and beauty of the door is fantastic. It exceeded our expectations. Our installers, Saul and Luis, were simply great and professional in every way. Left the are spotless and we're very friendly as well.

The crew showed up promptly and got to work immediately. They put tarps down to protect the areas windows and doors were installed at. They were easy to communicate with and the sight supervisor checked in with me to see if I had any questions. I had a couple things that was missed and I called the following day and Window World is working with me to get them resolved. I appreciate their quick response and taking action to remedy the situation.

Everything went well from sales person to installation. Considerate and capable. I would recommend.

Once the sale was made I have been unable to get a resolution to my concerns. No one calls back like they say they will and sales person responded but just said he would forward to manager

Yes they made sure everything was taken care of and were wonderful to work with

Still waiting on inspection completion with the county. First inspection failed. Installers came back didn't seem happy that it failed. It's not my job to explain to the inspectors install issues. During install I thought they were efficient and cordial. Followup definitely not.

Great price friendly and easy to use

The product and price are good. My only complaint is the installation crew was very unfriendly. Otherwise a good experience.

The scheduling team is not good. They do not show up during the time frame they provide. They also do not call to say if they will be late or need to cancel

From beginning to end Window World was very responsive and reliable. The windows look amazing and Steven and Roberto were excellent installers.

Everything was exactly as we were told! Price was less than two other bids. Installers were fantastic. They were on time, started immediately and were respectful of our property. This could not have been better.

I would recommend window world only to anyone with a block home or new home and looking to get the lowest price. As Window World is focused only on installing windows and cannot accommodate easily problems that might arise from a wood frame home.

First of all, the windows look great now that they are Finally installed 6 months later. The installers were great and the price was good. The process to get our account set up was excruciating and the lack of communication was frustrating. I called numerous times to find out what was going on with our order only to find out most of our information was incorrect. Once the windows came 4 out of 10 were the wrong size!

I was happy with everything about my window and slider purchase through Window World. My salesman Leo was simply wonderful. Every installer, measurement crew and finisher made the process quick and painless. Fair price point and quality sealed the deal.
