I enjoyed the process. I felt the work book they gave us helped us understand the schedule for meeting the individual subcontractors, (Cabinets, Flooring, Tile, Carpentry, Rock, HVAC) making those piece bite sized and not over whelming.
We are very pleased with our home.

We're very happy with the overall quality of our home and of the community.

We have been very happy here.

Zipco's project manager was okay to work with, but his sub contractors were terrible. Hardwood floors and ceiling repair had to be done twice due to extremely poor workmanship.
Tracey Biesterfeldt was very professional, pleasant and helpful throughout this process.
