Our salesperson seemed to be very knowledgeable and honorable. I felt comfortable with him, so that is why we went with One Water Systems. It seems to be a very good product and it is important to be able to work with someone you feel at ease with.

The end result was really good, top quality. The only issue was that it took a very long time to get it done. I'm not sure if it was the insurance company or the people fixing it, but there was a communication issue between the two somehow, some way.
