I am very happy with my windows that I have got from them over the years. BUT...as I mentioned in a previous question, I think The Door Store should ALWAYS mention to homeowners to check with their village to see if permits are needed. It ended up costing me an extra $50 penalty fee plus the original $50 permit fee for not knowing about this.
