They very efficient when I signed the contract. They told me clearly what the steps were. They were right in regards to the timeline of the work. They were very prompt and I appreciated that.

The work was excellent. The only reason I gave it a four and not a five is because it was paying the premier price range. Depending on the user's budge, they may get better value elsewhere.

We are very happy with the work of TW Ellis. We had a very large project that lasted almost a year. Tim and Chris kept us up to date with weekly conference calls and face to face meetings. The lines of communication were always open. TW Ellis has a team of master craftmen that take pride in their work and it shows.

They worked hard, did things professionally and got the job done. It's a well-built deck. I'm in a new development, and I tell my new neighbors about T.W. Ellis.

Overall we are very happy with the finished sun-room that they built on our backyard deck. We use it every day. There were a few glitches concerning how much pine board to order which put the finished job well over a month late. Also because we are located in Pikesville/Mt. Washington area and T.W. Ellis is up in Belair, there was a problem with some of the workers getting to the site at the beginning. That said, Barry Ellis was quick to get things right.

From beginning to the end of our bathroom remodel the entire project ran smoothly. Tim understood our budget and our needs and style and did not attempt to oversell any products or services. The employees, especially Tony, and the subcontractors were very knowledgeable and professional. We plan to use T.W Ellis for future home remodeling and we highly recommend him to all.

There are two extremes with T.W. Ellis. They have great construction crews that produce quality crafted work, they are very courteous, and kept the job site clean and safe after each day. The subcontractors were all extremely professional and it is evident that they are each the best in their own trades. Their office administrator and in house designer were also great to work with. However, when it came to organizing the schedule, making changes on the fly and finishing out the job that is when things fell apart. The owner of the company, Tim, showed his true colors when the project manager quit the company as we approached the end of our build. He basically refused to complete the majority of the punch list items and used dialog that was completely unprofessional and condescending. I kept the costs, selections and schedule well organized on my end which I would highly recommend you do if you work with this company. The quality of work is great if you can deal with the unprofessional owner.

We're still waiting for things to be finished. There have been too many things up in the air for too long.

Working through adverse weather, snow, rain, etc., the job went on until conclusion. On site inspections were frequent and thorough and the liaison person, Chris, was very professional and friendly throughout. The payment plan in installments was appreciated. This contractor is highly recommended to all.

Barry and his team did a fantastic job! He worked with us up front on design options, was clear with the cost related to the options and kept us up to date with the schedule for the work. We ended up with an amazing outdoor living space; we couldn't be happier!
