Areas Of Satisfaction - SummerHill Homes met/exceeded my expectations with the quality of the workmanship. It was excellent, and we really loved it especially with the exterior of the home. The customer service/warranty service was also excellent. The sales team and office were very responsive, and they provided an excellent service. The design team were very courteous and patient when it came to selecting the options. Overall, the entire process of buying the home was exellent. In a sense, we had worked with the builders previously, and we got an excellent service compared to our past experience.

Additional Comments - It has been about a year, and it has been a really good experience overall. I understand with a new build, and they have to maintain this type of warranty procedure for at least a year for certain items. Everything seems to work in the beginning, but naturally things may show up later. I feel like that 1-year time period was great.

I think we bought this home because of him and he made the experience very easy.
