There was a scratch on one of my windows, and the representative was very helpful and scheduled us for window replacements with no hassle or questioning.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I really like the design of the house, because we have a bedroom on every floor; I think that's nice. The road there is comparatively much wider than other townhomes, and that's really nice as well. The best thing I like about Summerhill is the colors they choose for the exteriors and the exterior pods they have added for every house; though those are very small details, they add up to a lot.
