I really like the design of the house, because we have a bedroom on every floor; I think that's nice. The road there is comparatively much wider than other townhomes, and that's really nice as well. The best thing I like about Summerhill is the colors they choose for the exteriors and the exterior pods they have added for every house; though those are very small details, they add up to a lot.

I'm satisfied with the home orientation, and the quick fix for some not unsatisfactory points, like some scratches in windows and walls. They fixed it quickly

We love our home! We are super happy with our choice of facade, layout and key options (e.g., color of wood, counters, etc.) - it feels pretty much like our dream home!The home also feels like it is built well with a lot of care and thoughtfulness - for example, we found out that we have Copper pipes only after we closed and only after my friend told me her new Shea home in San Mateo came with non-copper pipes. This was a feature we did not know about in the beginning or thought to ask, so we are pleasantly surprised to find out that SummerHills really invested in building a high quality home.Thank you very much SummerHills! You guys are great!

When I think of exceptional service.. I think of Derrick! We have been here for almost a year now, and from the beginning till current, he has been truly awesome with handling any issues. No matter how big or small the problem may be, he always gets it taken care of well. Paul Stenzel is also amazing. He really makes sure all issues are taken care of in a timely manner, even checks in just to make sure everything is well. Paul always makes sure that we are taken care of, and we are! As I am writing this, I am actually sad to think when Derrick and Paul will move on to their next location. I can not say enough to say how wonderful these two are. =)
People that are walking/jogging around the neighborhood have asked me about SummerHill Homes, whether it be them asking what kind of kitchen appliances were used, or how are the warranty services, their staff, and I have done nothing but rave about how amazing it has been. The service, the staff, materials/appliances used, everything. You really can't expect to have the best service anywhere you go nowadays, but it has really been great here and love that our home has been so well taken care of. Thank you.
