Areas Of Satisfaction - The person who deals with the subs was great. The front office sales staff went and continues to go above and beyond my expectations. It's the little details. Marty handled all of the subcontractors expertly. Nikki is really good. I still see them often. I recommend SummerHill to my friends.
Additional Comments - Everything overall was really good actually happened quicker than I thought. The saleslady went above and beyond from my previous expre way more than i would have expected and stilla re in communication. texted back 10 mins quicker previous purchases.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Overall, my experience was quite easy. The sales team and warranty team are very clear in explaining the contract, how the warranty works, and how the home should be maintained. They were efficient when working with my lender, quite efficient, they exceeded my expectation.

Additional Comments - My experience was absolutely great. I primarily worked with Diana, and she was extremely helpful, communicated really well, and was kind enough to give us multiple tours. We had some issues with the light fixtures, and Richard Hartmann was extremely meticulous. I've never seen anyone more meticulous going through a home inspection. He followed up afterwards and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
Warranty Explanation - Johnny was great and thorough. His follow-up was also on point and could work with me over facetime rather than in person.
Any Changes? - I'm pretty happy with everything. I have no comment to give.

Design Center & Selections - It was a great experience in design selections overall in terms of the selection variety and quality. We(maybe only us) found deciding what to select before went in to the design center was a bit overwhelming with only a list brief description without photos. It would be awesome if there was a digital selection book or something similar attached along with the selection table list.
Change Anything - Although this is the very first time for me to purchase a house. I have visited a few new condo construction at my friend's house. I was impressive with the quality of the construction and product selection. Thank you su much, Summerhill Homes
Areas Of Satisfaction - The sales representative sent out regular update on estimated home delivery date is super important for us to make plans for our lease agreement. The home delivery orientation and delivery staff was super welcoming and had always been super responsive to all my questions and requests. Especially that the removal of the GE refrigerator process due to GE not able to fix the compressor problem prior to our planned move in date was super efficient so we have sufficient time to order a new refrigerator, otherwise all our food would have gone bad.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Sales and closing process was easier than expected. Well coordinated. Sales and warranty reps are very polite and attempt to be helpful.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The sales office was very helpful and responsive during the process and after the sale. Also, the offering of a townhouse that is greater than 2200 sq ft really made a difference. Most communities top out around 1900 sq ft, making them too small for my family and lifestyle.
