I experienced trouble getting Streamline Developers to come back out to fix issues. Streamline Developers have yet to provide a mailbox for me and it has been one month since I have moved in to my new home.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The overall quality of the home completed by Streamline Developers is above the competitors market so my expectations have been met and exceeded.

Quality Of Workmanship - Overall the workmanship was very good with the exception of the fine details in the trim work, final set out of fixtures, etc. You need to take a serious look at those last details because they are really the only ones an average home owner will judge you on.
For the number of houses Streamline Developers builds, I believe the quality and value cannot be beaten.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Brad for exceptional service. I called with a plumbing problem, and it was fixed the same day I called.

I love everything about my home. It fits me at my age. I am elderly, and the house is like it was built for my age person.

I was very impressed with the packet of materials that were left with me at closing. It was very thorough and I value that because now I have a place to put all my warranties and manuals of products.
Very receptive during the build process! Initially responsive with the punch list and repairs. Very poor with follow up and completions. Extremely poor during the warranty process and reply.
All personnel that I dealt with were courteous and professional.

Lead Source - They are developing a area very close to where we resided in Beaufort,NC
Would be 5, if Streamline gave more effort to job sites management, educating supplier delivery personal to respect and use common sense not to abuse or destroy ALREADY ESTABLISHED COMMON AREAS, and if absolutely necessary to infringe on common areas too at least make some effort on repairing damage. Many times they cut corners of established grass areas, drive on saturated lawns and feel absolutely no need to correct. Seems no one is educated on the need to maintain the proper condition and requirements of the Storm Drainage Culverts System. It's left up to Andrew to run around trying to appease residents and figure out fixes Not the best use of his time.
