Product good quality. Representative (salesman) quoted one price, charged another.
Although the wait time was longer than expected, the follow up was punctual, the representative from Southern Traditions was professional and knowledgeable, the installer knew exactly what to do and carried a small vacuum and removed all the boxes, i will be ordering more draperies from Costco based on my experience which was 10 stars.
Totally satisfied from the first step thru completion of the installation. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
The quality and installation of the shutters is great and made my home seem much newer!
My issue is less with Southern Traditions than with Hunter Douglas. They delayed and did not follow up on our order which left our row of three expensive shades mismatched.
Every body and the shades are real nice, a little pricey.

I liked e everything about this company except the end product. Communication and design choices were great. The installer was timely and very neat. However, the shades I ordered have wrinkles and seem to be manufactured wrong. They are working with me to have the mfg replace the shades, so we will see what happens. These shades were very expensive, so I was expecting better workmanship.
The wait time for the product was much longer than promised and communication on timeline very poor. After contacting twice a week for a month, I had to go to their office and "raise sand" with one of the owners to get answers and results. After that, the products were installed in a few days. Very satisfied with finished product.

The process was extremely easy. Our consultant was great and the installation went perfectly.
While we are pleased with the product, it should not have taken five visits by Gabriel to get them properly installed. We are actually still waiting on getting him scheduled to come back (which will be visit number five) and touch up the paladium shelves that were installed last week. On the first installation visit, he discovered that the wrong brackets for four of the windows were sent. So they had to be reordered. Visit number two was with the "correct" brackets only to discover that they would not work. So "paladium shelves" would have to be used. The third visit was with the shelves only to discover that they had been cut too long. So Gabriel took them back to the shop, cut them to the proper length himself, and returned (visit number four) to install them. Because of the numerous problems, we were not charged for the shelves which was fair and much appreciated. However, we see that the ends of the shelves where they were cut need to be painted white to match the rest of the shelf. I informed Jennifer of that last week, and she promised to get that taken care of. As of today, we had not heard from anyone at Southern Traditions to schedule, so I called. Hopefully, we will hear back soon.
I’m pleased with the product but not how the ordered was processed. I was promised the Costco gift card would be applied. Consultant took my card & it was not applied. It has inconvenienced me. Our card was charged full amount. I had to make several calls to finally get my gift card applied. We pay our card off monthly. Now we will have to pay the full amount & wait to receive credit in next billing period. This has left a bad taste.
