Everyone I have met at SAB has proved, thus far (I have not yet moved into the home), to be very responsive to questions and concerns. As well, the site general manager, Dennis, goes beyond the ordinary in knowledge, ability/willingness to explain, and, most importantly, the credibility to trust that what he says will actually be achieved.

I have already recommend SAB to multiple friends and will continue to do so. We just bought a new home from another builder about 18 months ago and the experience with SAB is amazing when compared to other builder.

SAB Homes is a 1st class organization and their team made the process exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. The design team, Katie & Kaitlin, made our selection process fun and easy and our choices in the home flow together seamlessly. Raelynn & Brad were always available for questions regarding costs, plans, and material items and provided prompt response and service. Our site manager, Tom, was above and beyond helpful and diligent in his service, communication, and workmanship. Joanne provided a great deal of assistance with questions and updates during the process. Chelsey's weekly updates on our progress were critical to keeping us "in the know" during the building process and a game changer in the industry. Lastly, the subcontractors were a direct extension of SAB Homes with high quality craftsmanship and professionalism. Overall, our family couldn't be happier and could not have picked a better team to build our new home!
Everyone that interacted with at SAB Homes exceeded our expectations. This is our fifth home, and by far, the best experience we have ever had. Because it was only a spec home already finished on the KS side, I have only worked with Adrienne and Tom. They both have surpassed my expectation for what good service is. Courteous, thorough, quick with follow through and an approach that is at the highest level of professionalism, both of them. I know Tom just recently started, but was nothing but impressed with him. Adrienne was simply - - great, and great to work with.
I really like Joanne Atterbury and Tom Hoelting. They did an awesome job of getting me into my house on time.
Raelynn was extremely helpful during construction and with warranty issues that came up.
I fI could change anything about my home I would want a bigger garage and patio.

Adrienne has been wonderful through the warranty process. She always responds to our emails promptly and works to get repairs done as quickly as possible. John and Mason have done excellent work on the items that we need taken care of. They leave all work areas clean and don't hesitate to take care of items even if they are not on the list.
I wish the garage was a foot or two deeper. Tight squeeze for my truck.

Adreinne Morfield, Raelynn King-Barnhart were amazing too work with! They made our inspections, walk throughs and closing painless and stress free. Both were there to promptly answer any question or concern we had. They even made themselves avaiable at night and on the weekends.
