I think the overall quality that I received was good. The only problems that I had with them were that I thought the price was a little high and the quality of the fittings on the hardware was not the quality that I expected. With that said, they they are trying very hard to fix that.

Your federal tax credit is 30% through 2016.  For your state tax credit see http://dsireusa.org/ In Louisiana you can get 30% plus 50% on a system that costs $25,000, so you would get $20,000 here!
