Rocksolid did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were never pushy with the sale, only provided information that was needed and they did a thorough and clean job with the installation process.

From the moment we reached out to them for a quote for window replacement we were very happy with the Rock Solid team. The salesperson got right back to us and was professional and knowledgeable and did not criticise other window companies or products (some other sales people did). We obtained three quotes and Rock Solid had a solid quote with no hidden caveats (some others did). The salesperson was very honest about the installation timeline and our windows were installed within the stated time frame. The installation team was friendly, professional and the site was cleaned after installation. The windows themselves are beautiful; inside trim was very well done, capping matches our fascia and soffets (the gentleman who did the final measuring assisted us with colour choice). We noticed instantly how quiet the rooms became after installation (we live on a highway with truck traffic - no road noise). After the installation, Rock Solid reached out to us to see if we had any questions or concerns. We did not. We are extremely happy that we chose Rock Solid!

Rocksolid is top notch!! I've had other doors replaced by other companies and they were horrible! When Rocksolid replaced my door done by the other company we found out why my door was coming out from the frame, that company used MDF for the frame work of a storm door!!
Rocksolid removed all of that plus all the damaged rotting wood from the MDF and replaced it with the proper materials and they are extremely meticulous in everything they do! I was pleased with the outcome and will get my other windows from them when it's time!
