Rocksolid is top notch!! I've had other doors replaced by other companies and they were horrible! When Rocksolid replaced my door done by the other company we found out why my door was coming out from the frame, that company used MDF for the frame work of a storm door!!
Rocksolid removed all of that plus all the damaged rotting wood from the MDF and replaced it with the proper materials and they are extremely meticulous in everything they do! I was pleased with the outcome and will get my other windows from them when it's time!

Customer Service: sales rep was honest about windows and warranty, was understanding of our situation (recovering from heart surgery) and took the process slow, setting up specific times to touch base with us regarding questions (others companies were relentless in calling or texting us to see if we were purchasing windows).

I cannot recommend Rocksolid Windows & Doors Ltd enough! The space looked cleaner when they finished! They worked fast and expertly. I am so happy with the finished product! My entire house looks better from this one (large) window being replaced!
