The salesperson was very friendly and made you feel very comfortable (like your neighbor). The only thing is that he promised delivery of an incentive but that never happened once the sale was made. However, we are totally happy with the project.

Zipco's project manager was okay to work with, but his sub contractors were terrible. Hardwood floors and ceiling repair had to be done twice due to extremely poor workmanship.


whats the differnce in LP SmartSiding and the Hardi Plank board siding?

LP is a woodbased product, where Hardi Plank is a fiber cement. They ar both very similar in cost here in the midwest. LP Smartsiding if fairly new the market as well. 
Is it normal for new gutters to "snap" as they cool down in the evening?
