I have made several attempts to rectify a situation. I have a deposit in September on window replacement and the job was not able to be finalized . I have been waiting for my deposit to be returned for over s month now. I have left at least 10 messages with customer service and accounting to which no one will respond

I would like everyone to understand that this organization is the benchmark of quality for all to follow. They are seamless in operation and implementation. I have never dealt with a better quality, substantially upright organization in all my 62 years of life!

Thanks to Precision/Brandolini, we now have a truly functioning shower/tub! The crew did an excellent job removing all the mold, mildew, clogs in the pipes, etc. while replacing the tub & shower surround. They also replaced the sink, faucet, & ceiling vent (another really messy job). The bathroom looks great! While quite a few construction companies tend to just do the bare minimum, we felt like the crew made sure it was done properly.

They were amazing from start to finish. The work and people great! It was fantastic.

The sales associate made promises not kept. I will say they tried to resolve as best they could, but a sales promise is what makes the sale.The base of my shower was wrong and because of other issues was not noticed until after completion.The base measurements either were not correct or I received someone elses base.. Drial hole had to be made to fit during installation
