I have made several attempts to rectify a situation. I have a deposit in September on window replacement and the job was not able to be finalized . I have been waiting for my deposit to be returned for over s month now. I have left at least 10 messages with customer service and accounting to which no one will respond

Thanks to Precision/Brandolini, we now have a truly functioning shower/tub! The crew did an excellent job removing all the mold, mildew, clogs in the pipes, etc. while replacing the tub & shower surround. They also replaced the sink, faucet, & ceiling vent (another really messy job). The bathroom looks great! While quite a few construction companies tend to just do the bare minimum, we felt like the crew made sure it was done properly.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied right from the start with Randy as my sales guy and contact guy. The two guys who came to do the installation came to do the job and were friendly. They even got along with my dog, and if they got along with my dog they did a great job.

The sales associate made promises not kept. I will say they tried to resolve as best they could, but a sales promise is what makes the sale.The base of my shower was wrong and because of other issues was not noticed until after completion.The base measurements either were not correct or I received someone elses base.. Drial hole had to be made to fit during installation

I sincerely and humbly apologize that we have let you down, that is never our teams intent. Please know that we do not want you to be unhappy with the install, I will gladly have my team change out the base at no charge. When we met during the issues taking place several months ago you made some excellent suggestions that have since been implemented and those measures have ensured excellent customer satisfaction since. Please also know that the promises made in error by sales has also been rectified. I understand that the pivot door was not installed the same day and was disappointing, unfortunately placing a rush order for a custom door is a 5 day purchase to install timeline and that's physically the fastest it can be done. I am not happy that you and Lorraine are upset! You are wonderful people and I very much enjoyed the saturday morning we spent together whilst the shower door was being installed. I am available for you at anytime if there is anything at all that we can do to turn the mistakes made around for you.
