Pioneer delivered us a beautiful space. We couldn't have been happier with our lead carpenter, Sean - he was an excellent communicator, had a good understanding of what we wanted and was proactive in bringing our vision to life. He was supportive, not difficult to have around, and minimized the amount of stress throughout the renovation. That being said, we do feel like the overall experience was more stressful than it could have been - there were a number of miscommunications that could have been avoided that created situations requiring last-minute decisions and stressful scenarios. I may recommend, with a few reservations.

Very professional and skilled. Pioneer created a sunroom addition, deck and patio that has become our oasis. It's like having a cottage without having to leave home. This is the second time I have used Pioneer for a major renovation to my house. In depth consultations were conducted to design and plan all aspects of the renovation followed by a detailed project plan and cost estimate. I was updated and kept informed through out the process. Pioneer’s “craftsmen” (there was one woman!) were on site everyday, working and making progress on the renovation project.
