I feel bad for anyone not knowing the proper ways of building and getting screwed even more from Permian Homes.
Customer service was horrible and rude. House was pushed back 4 months and still.wasnt complete when we moved in
Graded my back yard poorly and water floods my back door. Permian refuses to accept accountability for this issue and it affects my home value. Counseling in a lawsuit may be sought.
We have had a great relationship with every member of the Permian Homes team. This is our forever home and we could not have been more pleased with the building process.
We would NEVER EVER refer Permian Homes to another human being! The largest investment we will EVER make in our lifetime has been compromised by the sheer neglect and lack of ownership from this company. I will be preparing a very thorough review with the Better Business Bureau as well. If I could give a negative star review I would.
Permian Homes answered all of my questions in a fast timely manner throughout the building process of my home.

Great home love it, only issue I have had is when having issues with something they would not show up to fix it. My walk in shower door fell off the slide and I fixed it my self. Sent in reports that my doors were not sealing correctly and air was coming in the house because of this and nothing ever happened. House is great customer service and warranty work sucks. My one year is up on the house so I guess it will be out of pocket for me to fix.

Building a home is stressful and I really had the stress piled on during our purchase with Permian Homes. At first it was great, the sales associate and design center manager were very responsive, but when it came to the actual building of our home, the communication was extremely lacking. It was disappointing that I had to go through the sales agent to address any concerns, no one wants a middle man, and I felt sorry that she even had to be that person. We went through 4 superintendents and 3 sales associates throughout the process and you can image how hard that was, we even had new ones the week we were closing. Fortunately, our 4th and final superintendent, Lynny, was great. I wish we would have had him the whole time and maybe this review would be much, much better. Don't expect to get any personalized attention, but then again, that probably comes with the territory of building with a mass subdivison builder. Also, the president is the most unfriendly man I have met, he truly doesn't care about his customers and only wants to close the deal. In the end, closing items were not complete and we wanted to extend closing to feel comfortable with the purchase; we were literally told "he (Greg Ferrell, president) would be pissed" and when items such as insulation ripped from the ceiling were not fixed, I personally heard him say "No, we can't" when we wanted to extend closing. I know everything won't be perfect, and I didn't expect that. However, the personnel fell flat and the lack of communication was non-existent.
Much higher quality than seen in other home builder companies in the area, especially with standard options. The only issue I had was that sometimes communication was not good between them, the title, and the lender.
High quality within a reasonable price!! I feel like they are my friend.
Overall, excellent experience. Just a few small details continued to fall through the cracks, but they will be addressed.
Loved the upgrade options and opportunity to alter an existing floorplan of choice. Not to mention the lot size option was amazing!

The build process was smooth and we were actually able to move in a little bit early. We had some cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed when we moved in, but those were taken care of in a timely manner. The Permian Homes staff are all extremely helpful and always courteous when coming into our home. Although their base prices seem a bit higher than some of the other builders in the area, you get a long more in their standard home than comes from the other builders.
I was most satisfied with our build and the effective communication with us.
We love our house, and feel that we got what we paid for. It's outstanding customer service, and high quality.

The quality of the material was good but it was built in a hurry. They closed on the house before fixing the cosmetic problems.
The builders are hard workers and good at communicating and handling any issues that arose. Permian Homes uses quality material.
Brendan worked very hard to have our home completed in a certain time frame and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied.
They have done a great job. They met my expectations, and were very professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond and I couldn't be happier.
I am most satisfied with just the overall communication. They walked me through my paperwork and through the entire process they were with me step by step. What really blew me away was at the last inspection, the blue tape inspection, everyone showed up and helped out with the inspection.
They did a beautiful job. If I have another home built, I will be going back to Permian Homes.
I'm totality satisfied with their work and the house looks better. 100% better than what it used to and overall totally satisfied with the whole thing.
