Luke Pfeiffer inherited our job after someone relocated. At first, I must admit, we were a little concerned about how things would work. We could not be happier! Luke is a perfect fit for us. We think that he is great. He excels at communication and is very detailed oriented. We feel very comfortable being away from our job. We have every confidence in him. Everyone should be so well taken care of!
From the very first meeting, we could not have been happier with our decision to interview PBS for the extensive remodeling project we were intending on doing. Andy and Bart showed up at our door. They listened intently to our wants and desires. They offered suggestions and enhancements to our pre-conceived notions of what we were wanting. They walked our house with us room by room, took notes, made suggestions, and made us feel as though they completely understood the final results we were looking for.
Very disappointed in the speed of project.. we are left in the lurch as our condo was not completed on time and know we have to wait until April to start back working again…
We were told prior to starting that “we’ve never been late in completing a project”. I guess we are the first!
We set our closing date for approx a month after promised finish date…we were forced to move out of current condo and into remodeled one prior to many things being finished..
Temp. Sink in kitchen, no countertops, missing doors on bathrooms and showers, trim not finished, For our first week after move we had 3-4 contractors working in our newly , semi- remodeled condo… zero fun!!!!
PBS Contractors consistently provided updates throughout my project and recommendations while keeping my project goals in mind.
PBS have professional team members I would be happy to recommend to other organizations.
At this point I believe an honest response to survey would be counter productive. My priority is to get it done right and finish as soon as possible.
There will be time for feedback once the project is finished if still interested.
We had a superb experience with PBS and Mike Brunoli in particular. From start to finish, we were amazed at how professional, helpful and effective they were. And they completed everything on time and within the budget we requested. First rate!

Additional Comments - When you decide to build or renovate, you should turn to - PBS. Why? PBS utilizes a highly professional talented team’s knowledge and experience to truly match the client’s wishes.
Communication has been excellent so far through out the process. PBS has answered all questions and concerns we have had, and we look forward to the finished product.

Additional Comments - There was no "salesperson" involved. Mike Brunoli, as project manager, has been outstanding as the lead representative of PBS. He is professional, attentive, and a Red Sox fan. What more could you ask for?

Professional & Organized - Having gone through many prior renovation projects, PBS is extremely organized and professional.
Likely To Recommend - I also hope this comes up to a 4 at the end of the project. I received an excellent referral from owner in my building and was very happy when Mario arranged for me to see the final output of Apt 1101.
Customer Suggestion - At the moment, I am very satisfied with PBS Contractors and the detail of the scope and planning to get to the start of the renovation.
The Project Manager was attentive. He addressed all and any issues we had. They did an awesome job on everything.

Areas Of Satisfaction - OUr project ran into some pricing issues as the city licensing changed mid way thru the project. Mike gave me several options on how we could handle it. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing and could handle it.

Scope Of Work - After a great deal of effort on all of our parts. We appreciate the time spent on this stage of the process.
Customer Suggestion - When you are working with novices, as you knew we were, you need to make it clear exactly what the homeowner needs to do within a specific time frame in order for the project to move forward in a timely fashion.And if there are major choices that need to be made, PBS needs to provide relevant information as to each option (such as pros & cons and cost of each option) in a timely fashion so that a decision can be made.
Additional Comments - Hard to rate PBS since we are only at the beginning of the process and work won't actually begin until May 2018.Disappointed that the work wasn't done last summer due to a number of factors. We felt that PBS dropped the ball early on and failed to move the project forward.But everyone we have dealt with has been professional and courteous, and we appreciate the amount of time that has been spent to get us to this point. We have high hopes for the completed project.
It was a difficult job and a lot of complicated logistics. They worked out pretty well.
