About You

One thing we know about you is that your home is probably one of the biggest investments you have made. The fact that you want us to change it and make it better is something you need to take very seriously. There are many homes that get “improved” every day that are no improvement at all. Sometimes they are obvious right away and sometimes years later after a lot of damage is done. Take your time in selecting who will work on your investment, choose wisely.

About Miller Home Improvements

Arlen Miller opened up Miller Home Improvements in May of 2004. He founded it on the premise that the remodeling market, primarily homeowners were underserved. Homeowners weren't getting the service they deserved.

It is the absolute aim of the company to provide prompt, well informed, detailed, and above all friendly service. They like to combine old work ethics that are tried and true with some of today’s best innovations. Their aim is a hybrid between a large business and a small business. You’ll see the professional quality and design of a large business, while giving you the efficient structure of a small business. It is a pleasure to say that they still serve many customers they have had since day one. They are more about serving you well than to grow their business.

About Arlen

Arlen was the youngest of 5, three brothers and one sister. As a family business they prided themselves as being the best in the industry, giving each other tips on providing the best service to the customer.

While others focused on sports, college, and etc. Arlen’s life has been all about homes, building, designing, seeing the potential in each unfortunate situation. He grew up in a family construction business. In school he started designing miniature houses with toothpicks. By the age of 10 he started working on job sites as cut man. At the age of 15 he installed siding on his first house by himself.

In 2004, after trying out sales, IT, and supervisor for several companies Arlen started Miller Home Improvements. He has a passion for serving people and aims at exceeding your expectations.

About Anthony

Anthony joined Miller Home Improvements in the winter of 2012. He has brought a lot of input to improve the business. He also grew up with sawdust in his blood. He grew up working with his father and they built many custom homes together.

He has a passion for perfection in details. It’s not unusual to see him working overtime perfecting a project that won’t even be seen, just because it would bother him if he didn't. Organizing space, thinking through details while also bringing a lot of charisma to the working atmosphere.

What a great experience we had with our designer, Patti. Going in, we had good ideas, we thought but, Patti helped us visualize them and turn them into a much better design. In the end, we were able to get a photo-realistic design of our new bathroom as if it were already completed. Highly recommend... more

Looking to replace basement window but have a cross beam and board impeding the window. Looks like the purpose of it is to prevent joists from settling.
