We appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of working with our Project Developer (Susan Hamilton), Design Team (Alex Parulis and Jessica Walsh), and Construction Team (Gianna Bresciani, Darren Klein). Meetings were always preceded by an agenda which kept discussions focused and streamlined. We were able to move through questions/challenges and make decisions fairly quickly. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. We felt we paid fair prices for Melton's services. I have already recommended Melton to a close friend!

We have done a number of home construction projects over several years with a variety of independent and corporate builders. Melton stands out as being the most, personable, attentive, relatable, attentive team we’ve worked with. I also appreciated that the design process was so thorough and how most all decisions were made prior to constructions.

Throughout the project Gianna and Tim were able to implement contingencies to maintain forward momentum. The project required a few site-built elements that were tricky to plan, let alone implement. In response, Gianna introduced us to Darren, a master carpenter. His ingenuity, attention to detail, and keen eye provided us with some custom woodwork that still bring a smile each time we enjoy it.

Problem Resolution - When questions, concerns, or problems surfaced, Melton addressed and resolved them. Period. This level of service extended even to support staff, where it was a pleasure to work with Selene in Accounting.

Clean & Safe - Construction is messy; it just is. With that said, the care and concern Melton exercised during the project made a huge difference at the end. Zipper walls and Ram Board are a big deal and Melton did not skimp when it came to protecting my home. Clean up at the end of each work day not only made for a more pleasant experience, it allowed the teams to more accurately assess progress and address issues.

Absolute pleasure to work with!

I worked with Adrian Wisniewski. He was the first person we spoke with, and he is the main reason we chose to work with Meltion Design Build. I did a lot of research online, and Melton Design Build was one of the few companies we chose to set up an appointment with. Some project managers just walked around, but when Adrian walked in, he asked if he needed to take off his shoes when coming into our home. I noticed his shoes were very clean, and he didn't want to mess up the customer's house.
