We executed the project in he midst of the COVID pandemic. Supply chains were disrupted and material deliveries were at time affected. So while the time line was stretched as a result we felt we were always in the loop as to where things stood. The craftsmanship of the final product exceeded our expectations.

Liston did a good job in designing the space for our new master bedroom suite and executing to that design.

The carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and flooring were really great. The painting and plastering did not meet my standards.

Areas Of Satisfaction - This whole basement is more than we could have ever dreamed it could be. The layout, these custom built ins- everything just looks spectacular. But honestly Liston’s communication with us throughout the process was, in my opinion, was just above and beyond excellent. Liston sets the bar high!

Liston Design Build was recommended to us by our architect for an addition and complete rebuild of our large deck. As with any project on an existing home, there were glitches. All of the Liston people were very good at explaining issues and resolving them.
Keith Liston, while not on our job daily was always approachable. Jeanne Liston guided me through the maze of decisions in plumbing, lighting, flooring, and on and on. Her help was invaluable in keeping in line with our budget. She has an incredible eye in design and color and is fun to work with while keeping on task. Erin was always available to fill in if Jeanne wasn’t available, also. I never felt like I was left to deal with issues on my own.

There is still some remaining finishing touches that need to be completed a month later, but we are very happy with the design.

Liston made our bathroom remodel as pain free as possible. Working directly with our designer to design the layout and choose materials made the process so easy. The computer rendering of the project looked just like the finished product. They were on schedule throughout the construction process. Areas Of Satisfaction - Liston Design Build listened to our needs for an "aging in place bathroom" should it become necessary, without having it look like a traditional handicap bathroom. The result is a stunning master bath with versatility to meet any possible future needs for someone in a wheelchair.
