We hired Lifetime Shingles to put a steel roof and new siding on a century-old rural property. Our schedules kept us away from the worksite but the crew chief kept us in the loop with calls, texts, and photos, which reassured us and which we really appreciated. The building is completely renewed for the next 100 years!

Communication

Communication - This was a long-distance job and both Jessica (home office) and Marcus (crew chief) were in regular communication with us before and during the project. Since we weren't able to be there, the photos Marcus sent during the siding and roofing project were both exciting and reassuring. All of our questions were answered quickly and in detail.

There were no hidden costs and they were very professional. We had to add lightning protection, Marcus was very cooperative in installing and working with the company.

Lifetime shingles was very professional throughout the process. They completed the job within the agreed time frame and held to the estimate. My questions were answered and concerns addressed. They were very pleasant. Happy to recommend them.

Rollie was informative and patient with our questions. The roofers were courteous, efficient, fast and kept the job site clean. The Lifetime staff kept us informed throughout the project. Marcus gave us comparative information about the different types of metal roofs on the market. He was able to answer all our questions and find the right product for our project. He was timely and provided a time frame for the work to be completed which worked for our schedule and the project was completed in a timely fashion. The people in the office were also very helpful with scheduling and with warranty and insurance assistance.
