Lenton Company delivers superior craftsmanship in every way. I could not be more pleased! Friends and neighbors are in awe of the changes we have made to our home by Lenton Company.

I had a few little problems. The owner of the company did come to give me an estimate. I called to have an estimate on having my tub/shower fiberglass taken out and have a tub/shower put back in with tile up the wall. He talked me out of the tub because it is heavy. After talking to him it was fine. Since the day he came, he did not ask a budget, and we did not give him a budget amount. When we went to speak to the decorator, she showed us a sample of things in my budget. When I saw what they had to offer in my budget, I did not like any of it. She finally brought out some subway tiles that I did agree too. Too me there was poor communication in the beginning as far as the products they are using. I was very discouraged. The final project, I really love. There was a lack of communication with explaining the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and people did not have answers and I was told they would have to get back to them. Would I recommend them again? Probably not. I know more now than I did in the beginning and I now know what to ask. Every subcontractor they used were all fine besides the fact they were sitting their tools on my countertop because my countertop was scratched. They scratched the top of my toilet seat. The glass doors from Tom Glass doors were very beautiful. They did a great job besides the scratches on my countertops. I hate to complain. Would I use them again, probably not? 2 days, no one showed up. I ended up calling the office, they set the schedule about what was to be done each day. I was really upset when I called the office. I just felt if someone was not going to come, they should have called. I was sitting here waiting for someone to show up and no one did. There is a communicating problem within their company, and following up. In their contract, it states that after each section is completed, that you can get a release, a waiver not to be on so they could not have a lawsuit to be paid. I brought in the check and said they don't do that until the end. I told them that's not what it said in the contract. I was told that they would send it as soon as the check cleared the bank. There was just a lack of communication, and I was pretty disappointed. I did not want to say anything until the project was done. The final project is beautiful.

The company does a great job of attempting to meet your expectations. The final product was very well done.

I had 3 different companies in the house at once and Danny at Lenton coordinated them all effortlessly, at least from my perspective. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and took care of my home. I love the end result!

I chose Lenton because 1) they were a local, long time family business; 2) they came very highly recommended for quality, and customer satisfaction by people I or my wife knew . We have not been disappointed. To the contrary, if I remodel any other part of the house, Lenton gets the job. Everyone on the Lenton team is professional, friendly, easy to reach, responsive to our needs, and more than thorough in laying out what we are getting and the options available. This is the third time I have hired Rob Lenton of Lenton Company,Inc. The renovations they have done for me are two upstairs bathrooms three years ago, total kitchen, family room, and bathroom one year ago and just this summer, another house that I bought. All of these were extensive renovations, the last one, removing two walls. Rob and his crew and subcontractors were kind and easy to work with and got these completed in a timely manner. I love the finished products and get many compliments on all three renovations. Rob was easy to communicate with, listened to what I had to say.They are 1st class and highly recommend!
