This is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with! From the design team to the project manager to the workers, all are amazing! They completed the project within the 4-6 week timeframe we were told at the onset of the project and most weeks we knew in advance who to expect in our home. The quality work is top notch!

We have been thrilled with all the work Legacy has done in our house. They did a complete demo and renovation on 3 bathrooms. The last one was our master bath and we love it!!
Last spring break in 2024 they sanded and re-stained our hardwoods on the main level. They look awesome and perfectly color matched the floors to the existing stained wood on the stair railings.
We are not done with them yet! We are in the process of scheduling them to replace all the carpet on stairs and all upstairs rooms.

We HIGHLY recommend Legacy Restoration Services. They promptly responded to our request to repair serious water damage to our house, starting first by sending an expert water remediation specialist to remove the damaged drywall and thoroughly dry the flooring/sub-flooring. Afterwards, highly skilled craftsmen replaced the insulation, drywall, crown molding, tile work, and flooring. The walls (after removal of damaged wallpaper) and ceiling were re-painted to completely match the original colors. Our home was fully restored! We had two bathrooms remodeled; the master bath and a guest bath. Both were basically late 1980s style. We are very pleased with the results of the work. Our project manager Allan was very helpful beyond getting the various trades persons scheduled in a timely manner to keep the project flowing forward. There was very little downtime. Most of the work was completed in 5 weeks. Allan offered valuable advice on multiple questions as they arose. He kept us well informed. We feel that we definitely got high quality results for the cost.

Update: after an unfortunate flooding event (a pipe leak), we worked with Legacy on a third project. And being a retired engineer, manager and executive in the engineering and construction industry working with contractors has been a regular part of my background.

This project was primarily a full re-design and renovation of our kitchen sub-floor to ceiling, including procurement and installation of appliances, countertops, cabinetry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. I have been cooking in our new kitchen for some time now and am very happy with it.

Many of David’s and Allan's suggestions have worked out very well.

Home modifications can be a dreaded experience. David (actively involved), Allan (site project manager) and their vendors took the pain out of the experience and turned it into a collaboration.
