Every step of the project was good. I am 83 and technologically challenged to say the least. So I knew the bathroom would need updating when I came here 4 years ago. But I didn't know who to call until I read the recommendation in the Best of the best book. When it said it was family operated that did it for me. I think the most important thing each of us has is our good name. So you have to do good work to keep your good name and that is why I chose Legacy.

Clean - After the workers left I thought I should clean up the floor to pick up any "crumbs" that were left behind. It was soooo clean, nothing left behind.

The quality of the completed work was excellent, and when a question came up during the final billing reconciliation, David personally reviewed the agreement, identified the issue, and corrected it promptly. I am thrilled with the entire job and process in renovating my bath/tub to a beautiful shower and replacing an old jacuzzi tub with a freestanding tub and new tile floor in 2 bathrooms. From my first contact with Rhonda to the sales rep Connor to the fabulous detail oriented contractor Allan, this company is professional and responsive in ways seldom seen today. No call or message went unanswered. Personal service and expertise was terrific. All workers were polite, on time, tidy, and seemed genuinely happy in their jobs. This is a great company and I will call them again for any future job.

This is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with! From the design team to the project manager to the workers, all are amazing! They completed the project within the 4-6 week timeframe we were told at the onset of the project and most weeks we knew in advance who to expect in our home. The quality work is top notch!

We have been thrilled with all the work Legacy has done in our house. They did a complete demo and renovation on 3 bathrooms. The last one was our master bath and we love it!!
Last spring break in 2024 they sanded and re-stained our hardwoods on the main level. They look awesome and perfectly color matched the floors to the existing stained wood on the stair railings.
We are not done with them yet! We are in the process of scheduling them to replace all the carpet on stairs and all upstairs rooms.
