Lucas has over 14 years of construction experience and a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. LCP was founded on the desire to create a reputable, reliable and professional company providing the highest quality workmanship and customer service at the most competitive pricing. We take pride in our work and customer satisfaction is our primary goal.

I met LCP Contractors for an emmergency repair when my chimney fell hough my roof.They quickly stabilized the situation and efficiently pogressed wiht the complete repair and it came out better than the original. Since then they have completed a seperate major renovation with the same outstanding results. I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder.

Professional & Organized
Professional & Organized - Lucas was in contact with us on a daily basis either in person or through phone/email to discuss what the next day and next phase of the project would bring. They were personable, but professional, and I enjoyed working with everyone on the LCP team.

Budget - Lucas understood our budget from the start and did everything in his power to keep costs low. He even went shopping with us multiple times, at multiple stores and helped us make smart, informed, and affordable choices.
Clean & Safe
Clean & Safe - I was 7 months pregnant when the job (bathroom remodel)started, and I was continually impressed by how clean and organized everyone involved in the project was. Dust was never a problem. They left the place better than it was at the start!
Punchlist
Punchlist - Lucas came to the house while I was in the hospital delivering my baby to make sure that everything was completed and perfect. It was such a relief to know that everything was taken care of, even during such a stressful time.
