Our customer safety and the safety of our team and trades is of utmost importance to us all. We are fortunate to be an essential service and have been working through the pandemic to complete projects for our homeowners and business customers. We have all recommended safety precautions in place and monitor our worksites closely. We have added additional handwash stations and are practicing social distancing onsite. There is site signage and lots of communication with staff. We know we're all in this together.

Based on the quality of the reno, yes. However, I do recommend them to everyone who is looking to reno, but made it clear to them to have clear conversations about scope and budgets.

We are happy to recommend Kemp Construction to anyone who is serious about building their "Dream Home"! Steve and his team welcomed our "hands on" approach for this build and did so professionally even though at times I'm sure we weren't the easiest clients to deal with. We wanted to have input and options to make changes to design, trades and schedules which at times saves money but can also add costs, in the end we feel extremely satisfied with our new home! Kemp Construction in our opinion are first class "Custom Homes Builders" and they won't settle for anything sub standard.
Expertise - Steve showed us through a new home that he was completing and sent us by other properties he had built or renovated. Based on these examples we felt comfortable that Kemp Construction has the expertise.
Value - Being realistic it's hard to be 100% satisfied with the cost of building a custom home today and everyone thinks they could do it cheaper (but would they be happy?). We are very happy with the value we received and more importantly with our new home.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The process on working with Steve, regular meetings were very helpful. Clear and concise communication, phone, text and email with almost immediate replies. Debbie Kemp was most efficient and transparent with all the quotes, invoicing and payments making the whole process seamless. Mike Chase our project manager was on site checking up on the home and watching out for daily lock up, he was always quick to reply as well, and truly cared about us and the success of the build.
They were great and we are very satisfied!
They are one of the best in the industry that I have dealt with. Anytime I call, someone comes over and they take ownership of their problems with no discussion. There was no "nickel-and-diming". Steve and Debbie are professional and have the customer's business in mind.
