Exceptional customer service.
I could not be more pleased with the work that Steve and Sally did for me in helping me to navigate through an extremely difficult process with the seller's of the property. Steve always made sure I was aware of all my mortgage options, worked with me in determining the best mortgage for the property, assisted with the multiple delays the seller put in place prior to closing, and worked with the seller's representative at closing to finally get the house closed. Sally worked so hard with the, at times, uncooperative agents of the seller and even made sure during a blizzard that the seller's agents got all the necessary paperwork to make sure we closed as quickly as possible.
