We had our guest bathroom remodel competed by KBR. I am very pleased with the outcome and they will definitely be my first choice in any future bath remodel. The workers made sure to cover their walk path with floor coverings and removed them and all trash at the end of the day. The project manager listed to any concerns and made sure to relay to the workers. There were a couple of change orders, to be expected, and all were fairly priced. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous.

The Team at KBR was easy to work with and very accommodating to our wants. The master bathroom remodel designs were thorough and the renderings made it easy to see what the product would look like. There were several change orders as the remodeling went along...some due to unexpected challenges that the company had pointed out might happen, and some were due to during construction discovery. In all cases KBR was quick to respond, draft a change order and get it approved quickly. The attention to detail in the actual work was amazing and the communication from the technicians was excellent. Efforts were so good that we added a second 1/2 bath project to the overall effort. Overall Schedule was held up by a shower glass issue that was not anticipated by either KBR or us, but with all the COVID-caused delays, this had minimal impact in the end. We are very pleased with the results of both and would recommend KBR to all.

We enjoyed the process of working with KBR. Our designer was excellent and presented us with a great 3D rendering of what our space would look like and she was able to quickly make changes to the design based on our decisions and show us the new design. The project manager dropped by the site almost every day and when he didn't, he was available via SMS which helped with communication. The crew was polite and friendly and overall did great work. We are very happy with our resulting kitchen.

All involved were a pleasure to work with: professional, invariably courteous and excellent at communicating with us during all phases of the project. KBR does not use subcontractors and this is partly why they are to keep such precise control over the entire process and were able to complete the bathroom within budget and ahead of schedule with the resulting bathroom being exactly what we wanted. We would definitely use KBR again in the future and can recommend them without hesitation.

KBR did an excellent job renovating my kitchen. They were clean, efficient, on time, and performed quality work. The job could not have gone any faster. They even worked on Saturdays. I appreciated their honesty too; the cabinets were at first delivered damaged. And they informed me of what happened all before any demolition started. Once the project started, they worked every day and completed the job in 4 weeks. The choice of cabinets, tile, and back splash all were very good, and I love the color coordination.

Additional Comments - We are so pleased with the work they did on our baths that we've asked the team to do our kitchen.

We had KBR renovate our kitchen and four bathrooms as well as do more than 70% of the flooring in our home...all while we were overseas for work. The price was right for all the work we required. We shopped around and know that for quality products/service, we were offered a reasonable rate. They did an amazing job working with us on our design requests and allowing my father do the walk through/check ins, etc. Once we moved back, we were so impressed with the overall renovation. From the workmanship to the follow up service (I had one small request and sent an email one evening...they sent technicians the following morning to address my request.), they have been wonderfully professional and accommodating. We had a fantastic experience and continue to recommend them to our friends and colleagues.
