Mr. Hickerson diagnosed each of the three problems in my house but unfortunately, it came at a pretty high cost and at the end of the visit, nothing was actually repaired and I now need a second electrician to come in a re-hang the fan that Hickerson took down.
The gentleman were kind, efficient, they left a super clean space behind and got everything done is less time than expected. And all of the lights and fan look amazing! We will be using them from now on for all our electrical needs.

The only problem I had with it is that I thought the price was a little high. $69 to get here, $69 for the estimate and then $69 to replace three outlets each. He did the estimate and told me all the problems I had, but you know to replace an outlet it's a very minimum amount of time, and for three outlets you're talking 350 bucks. I know it's Fairfax county but that's outrageous. The salesman was great though, the only problem I really had was the price. I would recommend the quality very highly, but the price, no.

Hickerson Brothers did exactly what I asked them to do. They gave me excellent advice, and they were very well-priced. It was an electrical issue that required them to inspect the electrical box. It might have been outdoor wiring. I think it had to do with how I had no outside power that I needed them to look at. They also inspected the breaker box and gave me some recommendations on that. They get an A.

Not a huge repair, but I tried to fix it myself. I couldn't, so I'm glad they were able to do it quickly and relatively inexpensively. I would grade the overall experience A.
I know that I had them several times. They're very good. If I needed electrical work, I would call them again. They just did an excellent job and easily without a big problem. I don't know how to explain it, I just know that they do an excellent job. They were recommended to me by a neighbor, I was just really pleased with them and, I’ve had them do several things for me. They figured out a problem that we had and fixed it quickly. It was a very serious problem. They were out within a couple of days. They managed to take care of the issues so that it would be safe until they could get back, and they just came across very trustworthy and helpful. It was an electrical issue. I would grade the overall experience A+.
They didn't pass the time, and so I was happy about that. I couldn't figure out why some of the lights were bugging, and I couldn't figure out why—there were other things that weren't working at home, and they kind of figured it out, and they fixed the lights. To be honest, I had hired some electricians that were recommended by a friend that was a builder and they totally screwed up a lot of our electrical work, until I called Hickerson Brothers. They came and un-screwed it up. I would grade the overall experience A-.
They did a good job. They installed an attic vent fan. Overall, I would give them an A.
They handled the job well. They were piping an overhead light. They took it out, and they put in its place. It was just kind of covering up the hole. They knew how to do it, they came in, and it worked great. They also fixed a light-switch that controls a different light but I think it had burnt out. They did great with that. I'd give them an A.
Hickerson Brothers did some work for me. Very nice man that came out. He was very nice. The service people who came through were very friendly. They did an outlet. It had blown out. It was something that blew out, and I didn't know what it was. He knew exactly what it was, and he went in and fixed it. I'd give them an A.
