The service from everyone at Hard Rock Stone Works was great. They are fast and efficient and did a beautiful job on my bathroom install.
From the moment I walked in Hard Rock , to the day they completed my job , I was very impressed. They were right on the money we made apt , kept dates and sent the best workers ever! I couldn’t be more pleased with them It’s important me to work with a contractor and they do and say everything in the plan. There were no hiccups in my job! I do appreciate Hard Rock! I will always recommend Hard Rock to friends and family! Thank you so much fir a beautiful job well done!
This was the second time I've done business with Hard Works. They were very helpful and informative and knowledgeable about their product in assisting us to choose what we were looking for. I'd definitely choose them again in the future. Tom Konen was great to work with.
The entire experience was professional, easy and we are 100% happy with our beautiful countertop!!! A joy to work with all the professionals involved in my project!!!
Max Fair was very knowledgeable. With just a few questions, he was able to show us samples of what we had in mind. It shortened our shopping trip considerably.
The sales process and sales person we worked with were great and helpful in making decisions. The installers were fantastic even though it was late at night. The confusion with the back office and scheduling was however the worst part of our process.
The overall experience was good but I am disappointed that the color of the stone we purchased is very different from the way it appeared in the showroom.
Excellent company sales department was non bothersome and lets you have your own likes and dislikes. This is a great place used them teice so far!!! Great value and product!
They have an extensive selection of products and wide variety of options/colors, so we were able to get exactly what we were looking for. We love our quartz countertops.
My experience was wonderful at Hard Rock Stoneworks. The warehouse was very bright & clean. We looked at a lot of different types of countertops. Once chosen, a surveyor came out to measure with top of the line equipment. Shortly thereafter my counters were installed & they look fabulous!
Highly recommend Hard Rock Stone Works. Very professional and installation was smooth.
Just wish they were a little neater with the caulk. I’m still cleaning it up. Also wish someone offered how to properly clean quartz.
My boyfriend used Hard Rock for his kitchen counters last year, and was very satisfied with them, so I had an easy decision choosing them. I am not disappointed with the experience or the product. Everyone was extremely professional and even with the pandemic and winter holidays to contend with, they got the job finished in early January.
I would recommend others to visit hard rock if they lived relatively close to the showroom. I would not recommend for anyone to go out of their way to visit hard rock. They could simply find a place closer as there are many dealers out there.
Very professional staff, held to their timeliness, excellent communication, and went the extra mile to prevent seams in our counters.
Hard Rock did a great job measuring and installing my Quartz Countertop. Professional, on time for appointments, and I love my new countertop.
We could not be more disappointed with Hard Rock Stone Works!!! The initial measure was incorrect resulting in the quartz having to be modified (not once but twice). The installers cut holes in our dry wall on the exterior wall in order to shove the countertop in to try to fit....which now we have gaps that require continuous caulking at the grout line. The seam where they joined the two sections of quartz is awful and much to prominent. They filled the gap between the top of the base cabinet and the quartz bottom with over a 1/2" of putty all around....exposing nail heads and never installed any type of trim to finish the project....stating that they are not cabinet/trim carpenters. Trim work would not have been necessary had the measure been conducted properly and now we need to hire a carpenter to repair. The plumbing company they used (911 Mechanical Heating-Cooling-Plumbing) to install the stink, faucet and garbage disposal and reconnect the dishwasher made several mistakes. The retractable faucet was not properly hooked up and the garbage disposal shifted with vibration which lead to a huge leak and we had to hire our own plumber to correct the problem and the footings of the dishwasher were not adjusted/elevated to have the dishwasher meet the bottom of the quartz....which our plumber charged us to make level. The only follow up from Hard Rock Stone Works was to inquire about receiving the balance owed...which we paid.
Very attentive and professional. Helped us choose a slab we love.
You guys exceeded my expectations!
Customer service comes first with this company. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Problems with removal of existing countertop that was not my fault. This problem also caused by lack of communication with the customer service representative resulted in a delay in installation. Therefore a second delivery was necessary.
My experience from start to finish was awesome. I felt guided and supported throughout the entire process. Being this was the first time we remolded a kitchen James was quick to share ideas and brainstorm with us. From planning to install the process was seamless (so were my counters, you can barely see the seam)!
Very poor business relationship and communication between Hard Rock and Lowe’s. We paid an extra $500 for a one-piece bar countertop which was NOT delivered. When we raised the issue and called Hard Rock, we were told we paid for the larger sink countertop section-which was NEVER a discussion item, and we would not have agreed to. We had no preference for the placement of that seam. We said to continue with the installation as we had other work projects lined up that needed the countertops installed. When we reported the issue to Lowe’s, the salesperson agreed we ordered the one-piece bar countertop and we were told by the Lowe’s salesperson that we would receive a refund of $500, which HardRock has refused to honor. When a crack was discovered in the sink countertop, we had to argue to get Hardrock to even come out to inspect it. Then it was not fixed to our satisfaction, the crack is still there.
They did a wonderful job.
I was told one date, and then put off. I am happy with final project, the installers were FANTASTIC, the office not so helpful. I did not get call backs from the office, but when I finally got through to the actual warehouse manager(?) I got a response, and he tracked down some answers for me.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Hard Rock Stone Works as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
