The installation was went well. However, it has taken me so long to write a review because I truly wanted to have time to come to a thorough opinion. I am truly disappointed in the quality of the quartz countertops that I purchased. I have only used what was recommend by the Hard Rock Representative, which was Dawn dish soap to keep my quartz countertops clean and looking like new. However, that has NOT been the case. I feel like I am in a fight for my life everyday, to be certain NOTHING sits on the countertops, because EVERYTHING leaves some type of water stain, or left over mark showing that something was there. I have invested in various trivets and pads to ensure that nothing sits on the countertops to prevent the aforementioned, but the simplest things leave marks or residues. I find myself working tirelessly to keep the marks away and/or making sure NO ONE sits anything on the countertops. I choose the Silestone Eternal Classic Calacatta countertops, and really wished that I was better informed of what I was up against. I communicated countless times that this was my first purchase with countertops, and I was really relying on Hard Rock Stone Works guidance. I was never told of the tireless upkeep that these countertops would entail.

The office and sales people were great. The end product is great. I’m pleased with the new counters and sink. In one bathroom, they did not evenly line up the back and side splash, which is disappointing. A different crew did the other bathroom and they did make them level. My biggest complaint is the mess they left behind, especially the crew that tracked mud all over our foyer, 1/2 bath and kitchen, which could’ve been avoided with drop cloths. I spent an hour cleaning up after the first crew and two hours cleaning up after the second crew. While I do sometimes need to clean up after some workmen, this seemed excessive.

I would definitely recommend Hard Rock. My comments within this review detail my sentiments, I'll just add that not only is my kitchen counter so beautiful, but all involved contributed to it's success and my complete satisfaction.

I've used HSW for at least four projects over the past 10 years if that says anything. These guys do great work at reasonable prices.

The whole experience was a pleasure. Kitchen remodel can be a headache. But, Hard Rock handled the project with professionalism. Every step in the process was easy. As a result, our kitchen remodel WAS NOT a headache. The hardest part was selecting the countertop. But Mark was spot on in his recommendations. Once we made our selections, the timing of the project couldn't have been any smoother. Everyone we dealt with, even the girls on the phone was so kind and helpful. As far as the measurers and the installers, we can't say any one was better than the other. They ALL were knowledgeable and good at what they did.

The selection was great. Working with Susan made it all less stressful. The entire team involved did a wonderful quality job. I am very pleased.

I have used this company a few times. I have also quoted out projects a few times as well. It's worth shopping around if price is your main concern. Hard Rock does go above and beyond. They take extra measures with communication for measure and install. They provided an exact time if arrival along with a photo of the employee that is scheduled to arrive at your home.
I did have a bit of a hiccup this past time. There was an isolated issue so I don't want to take it out on the entire company but when we made them aware of our issue the quickly worked to find a solution and exceeded our expectations on the fix.
