Our experience started off great with our salesperson Bill being very knowledgeable and helpful to our wants/needs. There was a wonderful selection of stones to chose from and we got a great BOGO deal. That being said, the rest of the process could be described as “sloppy”. There was confusion with the type of sink we chose, which required an extra appointment for “carpentry work”. One employee told us exactly the type of work that needed to be done, costing us an extra $300 or so. We scheduled the appointment based off of what we were told needed to be done. When the carpenter got there, he told us something completely different, made 2 simple cuts, and was gone within 15 minutes. This is something we easily could have done ourselves. We felt we were mislead in this situation. Also, on our install date, one of our countertops was too long. The installer took it out to the truck to cut it, which then he cut it too short. We had to wait an extra day for a replacement slab. On top of all of this, there were 2 sizable scratches on our countertop that required ANOTHER appointment to fix them. All in all we felt like we got a great deal but not the best service after our initial appointment.

Hard Rock Stone Works by far exceeded my expectations. Professional and timely!

There was zero sense of urgency and a lack of accountability. The team came out to work on the kitchen multiple times, did half, and left the other half in an unacceptable condition. I was without s presentable kitchen for about 2 months. Every time I called, no one had any idea what was going on and it would take another 2-3 days for them to reach out with a different story to what was seen onsite with the technicians.

I will not recommend at all. Other than my initial ok no store visit with the salesperson everything else was an absolute nightmare and I am not satisfied with my service or product. The service I received was absolute garbage.

This company was fantastic!! We chose our granite from lowes but we're unable to actually choose our actual stone. They assured me it would b OK. I was nrevous. On the day of installation my worries were gone. Our counter top is gorgeous!

I was admittedly very indecisive about the color of quartz I wanted. I was told that once the measurements were in the system, it was just a matter of plugging in the price to produce a quote. I probably asked for quotes on 10 different quartz. I was after all spending around $10,000 so I wanted to be thorough about what I chose. When my salesman, Dave, came down with Covid, I had to work with another salesman to place my order. When I came into the shop and introduced myself to the new salesman, I was met with “oh you’re the lady who has asked for 100 quotes”. I’m paraphrasing here but you get the idea. Obviously I had been talked about amongst the employees. Very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I was also originally told that there was a 2-3 week turn around. I waited around 2 months for my install with no explanation as to why the original timeline had more than doubled. But honestly since I was clearly deemed a “difficult customer” by the salesmen, I did not question the timeline.

I’m having trouble with my sink it doesn’t clean upright and it has scratches and it’s less than a month old

I was initially very excited by my product and installation. However as I was completing the faucet install I noticed my under sink is installed crooked, its frustrating. Otherwise the speed and quality of the work was great.

We were very satisfied with our Hard Rock Stone Works experience. We hired them through Costco and worked to find a countertop that married our desire to try to use ecofriendly material that was within our budget. Ultimately we landed on a Silestone countertop that is created from a blend materials that that would otherwise be leftovers (called HybriQ). It is manufactured with sustainability in mind.

The install itself was smooth. I appreciated the automated reminders and the communication from the staff. They were in and out of our home in no time at all.

The only thing at this point is I'm still waiting to receive my Costco cash card for using Hard Rock, but my understanding from them is that this is a lag on Costco's part and not Hard Rock's. All in all a great experience.

I'm actually the contractor and use Hard Rock for most of my fabrication and installs.

In the past I have had great experiences with Hard Rock, but this time was not good at all. My salesman Kyle did not seem to know anything about the process and had horrible communication. The measurements were not done correct, pieces were missing that they forgot to measure for and at install they installed the counters in the wrong rooms, nobody asked? Then after all that they had to measure for the backsplash and the holes were not sized correctly which prompted an emergency visit to get those redrilled.
