They were also very willing to work around our schedule, especially when we weren't able to be home (not that you need to be if they're working) but if we had to leave our dog at home and asked them to not work, they were willing to work around our schedule.

Additional Comments - I am so impressed with HIVEX and the whole team that finished our basement. We really enjoyed working directly with Dimitrius Zotos, he is a very polite professional contractor. If I owned another house with an unfinished basement, I would nit hesitate to call HIVEX.

Overall decent experience. You did well to accommodate changes that I wanted or needed to make during the project from either unforseen issues or my own lack of knowledge. I was able to watch and learn with most of the tradesmen so I know better how to repair and maintain which is great. Better inform during the last few stages of the project and give an opportunity for touchups. I feel that some places still need touchup of finer details after the final walkthrough that would take some to fix and that I am still cleaning up some mess that was left.

We have already recommended Hivex 🐝 to a number of friends who are looking to redo their basement! We really appreciate how organized the whole process was.

Hivex was great. Pricing was detailed and understandable from the beginning and never changed. Throughout the inevitably complex process we always felt "in the loop" due to clear and timely communication. Having a dedicated project manager that was available to answer questions at all times was a constant reassurance (plus Dimitrius was just fun to work with!). Our project (a completely custom home theater space and spa-like bathroom) was complicated, but the professionalism and skill of the Hivex team made it worry-free. A big "thank you" to the whole team.
