The project from beginning to end with an emphasis on sales, Zev Guttman was excellent, The contractor/installers were excellent. The outside shingle delivery was sloppy and left debris down my driveway. Everything was done in a professional like manner from removal of the existing roof to the new roof and final clean up.
Great job on my roof but two of my neighbors had their roof replaced by Guardian and had issues.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Out of the roofs being replaced in our neighborhood I noticed a huge difference with guardian verses other roofing companies in our area. Guardian was so proffesional. They did not place the materials on our roof beforehand like other companies were doing , the tarped the entire house to catch debris which none of the other companies did, there team worked fast and also sent someone later to do additional sweep for nails with out asking ...the went above and beyond! Thank You Guardian! You stand out above the rest !
