From the beginning, every home was designed with thoughtfulness and precision. Paul and Jim would spend countless hours refining floor plans — obsessing over the details to make the most of every square foot and to build with lasting quality. That same commitment still guides our team today.
What started as a single infill project has since grown into a citywide movement. GreenTech Homes now builds across some of Chattanooga’s most cherished areas, including St. Elmo, North Chattanooga, Southside, Red Bank, and beyond. Our neighborhoods are walkable, connected, and designed to foster relationships — not just sell homes.
At GreenTech, we believe homebuilding is more than floor plans and finishes. It's about crafting spaces where life happens — morning coffee on the porch, impromptu sidewalk chats, backyard barbecues with neighbors who become lifelong friends. I now live in Arizona in a Lennar home. The build quality of our home in TN was not good, in particular regarding cracks in the foundation. You guys need to take a lesson from Lennar on how to build post-tensioned foundations to end the cracking. I would not recommend you guys as a builder to anyone, period!

This is not a quality build. There are so many issues that seem like they just weren't done properly to begin with: leaks, drywall issues, bad products used, etc.

The use of soil instead of stilts left me with an impossible lawn to care for. Extremely hilly with an unusually high slope that is dangerous to mow. When the sod was laid it was put down without leveling in the front leaving a never drying dip which obly dies. The sprinkler heads were placed 20 feet beyond my property line.

I would be very hesitant to recommend Greentech to a friend. After living in the home for a few months I have encountered poor craftsmanship with minimal attention to detail. For the price paid, the quality is disappointing. Over time I am concerned about the issues we will uncover. I generally do believe Greentech has tried to address most issues we have brought to their attention.

SHODDY WORK. Mistake after repair after mistake. In addition problem with cracked tile the supposedly repaired and now that warranty is over by 2 months-it’s cracked again and they won’t repair!
