Effective communication is essential to the success of a project and our philosophy emphasizes customer input at all stages. We prefer a team approach from the preliminary stages to building completion. Our construction team includes the customer, outside designers, suppliers, trades people, and ourselves. This enables us to work with all parties involved in an effort to keep the project within budget and on-time, without sacrificing quality. We believe strongly in the importance of guiding our customers through the entire building process with honesty and integrity.

The salesperson told me I would be able to use a program to plan the color scheme of my siding & trim, but this was never available. I had to make design decisions without this resource and ended up having to have another contractor paint my front porch. The painting crew was not very precise.

A heating system is best  to keep the home warm and comfortable during the winter.
Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?

The correct nail to be used is a Hot dipped galvanized nail. Nail diameter and size are different on all applications . A regular galvanized nail is only electo galvanized meaning as soon as the drive ... read more
