We have already mentioned them favorably to several friends and neighbors.
I couldnt be happier with my beautiful kitchen, bath and bedroom remodels- ncluding the beautiful craftmanship and right down to the wonderful interior paint job.
I would strongly agree if you have deep pockets.
G. Little Construction was completely positive, did everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They are reliable, dependable, do good quality work, and they have excellent people working for them. We dealt with professional people who are personable, and polite. They helped us remodel a kitchen for a non profit organization, and built new bunk houses for us. We are in the process to remodel our lodge.
G. Little has the reputation of being one of the best construction companies in Port Townsend. From what we have heard from our friends about local construction disasters and based on our opposite and positive experience, we would agree with the reputation.
We would absolutely hire the G Little team again. Navigating the remodel of our new home would have been daunting without G Little's expertise, local connections, and commitment to high quality. The office staff is wonderful to work with -- knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Josh's fine finish carpentry, creative solutions, and attention to detail made for a beautifully finished kitchen, complete with new fir trim and built-ins throughout the first floor. We love the final product!
They did a nice job. It was done on time, within budget, and they were nice to deal with, including the subcontractors.
The people are very responsive to addressing the issues when they arose.
G.Little is a great company; an extremely capable team, very professional, organized and sincere. They bring a high level of integrity, craftsmanship and expertise, are well connected to professionals in the area, and always had the quality of our project as a top priority.
saved our butts when the first architect screwed up entirely. the second architect was great, though
Top quality staff, planning, and commitments. We are very satisfied with their work, and their work with Simon Little, our architect at STL Studio of Port Townsend. Both firms were up-front and honest about the work schedule, and did not commit to start until the projects could be completed in a timely manner.
Overall I am very happy that the work is done and that it was completed in a timely manner. It looks good and the workmanship was good.
The G.Little team manage to combine a professional approach with being some of the nicest people I have ever met. What begins with their people working for you ends in friendship with all concerned. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.
I can't imagine any other construction company doing a better job.
Our experience with G. Little Construction was nothing but positive from the initial planning stage to the final day of the project. Everyone who worked on our kitchen remodel was knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous. We wouldn't hesitate for one moment to use G. Little for any other work we would need done.
Living in a smaller community, we did not have a large assortment of companies from which to select who we wanted to have our home remodel done. From the first introductory meeting with G. Little Construction, we were confident in the people we worked with and were not disappointed at any time with the finished outcome. We cannot say enough about their expertise and quality of workmanship and materials used.
Our kitchen went from 1976 to the 21st century and we're proud to entertain now and show it off.
We approached our first major renovation project (a cramped, odd shaped kitchen) with some trepidation, but Abby's design guidance and the professional, creative workmanship of the crew resulted in an open, utilitarian and beautiful work space!
Areas Of Satisfaction - I thought the men who did the carpentry work did an excellent job with the installation, they did a real good job.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the staff because they were very friendly, knowledgable, competent, and even though the designer was new on the job she was great to deal with. The installers that came out to do the work were super.
I would use G. Little for any building project I have. Their professionalism is superb. All their employees are not only excellent but very fun to work with! My remodel has changed my life, and G. Little made it as painless as I've ever experienced in any construction project!
This job was my first experience with a professional construction company. At no time did I have any worries or concerns. In fact, the days they worked on my house were so interesting and pleasant that I was happy to be around.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Communication between all the parties was outstanding, including with roofers working almost at the same time. Communication was always clear and open with me as homeowner as well.
Areas Of Satisfaction - They did a first quality job, they work with the customers, they stand by their work and they guarantee their work.
They are exceptional and top class in all that they do.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I am most satisfied with the quality of the finished work.
This was my first remodel experience and I had heard horror stories from many friends about the slings and arrows of working with a contractor. Thankfully, my experience with GLC was hugely positive. They cared deeply about my goals and my budget. Their project manager assigned to my job kept in touch with me almost daily. I live in Seattle but came once a week to Port Townsend to visit the site. Each time, I would open the door and the progress would be better than I had imagined in my mind's eye. GLC's experience allowed me to make better decisions and I ended up with a remodel that far exceeded, both aesthetically and practically, my original idea. I am utterly grateful to them. The entire staff was caring and respectful, and in the end, they felt like good friends. What an amazing reminder of what "doing business" can be like - integrity, caring, community. I respect their process so much! Thank you GLC, from the bottom of my heart.
Areas For Improvement - None! They were professional and caring, from beginning to end.
The salesperson told me I would be able to use a program to plan the color scheme of my siding & trim, but this was never available. I had to make design decisions without this resource and ended up having to have another contractor paint my front porch. The painting crew was not very precise.
Jeremy, the superintendent, was very responsive to all of my questions and he helped me through the process and broke it down for me. He made me feel comfortable with it. I felt like I was in good hands.
Very polite and professional. Good communication and acted like they cared about craftsmanship, customer service and my home.
I was happy with everything.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of G. Little Construction as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
