Areas Of Satisfaction - All. They were very knowledgeable, friendly yet professional, and exceeded expectations. My home was done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the completed project.
FFH promised to delivery quality and satisfaction, but fell short of expectations. Communication was severely lacking throughout the build process, and often times we felt ignored. There were many instances when timing was crucial to get things done because subcontractors were waiting on each other and it felt like we had to do the job of managing that because the construction manager wouldn't. The build quality of the home isn't that good and many flaws exist throughout. We closed on our home with a punchlist still left to be done but no one is really taking initiative over at FFH to contact us to get it done. I honestly don't see how FFH got so many good reviews in the past, maybe things were better back then?
The home is great, we had an unfortunate start but overall are thankful and impressed and also take some blame on not being more forward from the start. Too many people seemed to be involved (Ryan, Tadd, Gary (our realtor), Bryan) and we needed more of a point person that led everything and reassured us about things being done. In the end I felt Bryan took over and delivered.
Value - Very happy with the construction, the look, and the quality, very few minor issues, no major issues. The value is definitely there and appreciated

I am now five weeks into owning this property. There are still items that need to be corrected and which the company is fully aware of. Some of these items were noted at the walk thru on May 20th. I realize that for the most part these are subcontractor issues and speaks to the quality of the people doing the work in the first place.
Great team of people to work with, very flexible and honest. Provided necessary guidance in cost saving. Definitely work with them again without any second thoughts.
