For over 30 years, Custom One Homes has introduced families to the great possibilities and excitement of building their first, second or third home.

With offices in Cottage Grove, we build primarily in the South Washington County areas of Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Lake Elmo and Denmark township. We choose to live and work in this immediate area so that we can stay in close contact with the neighborhoods, projects and the people we serve. It’s part of the personalized, hands-on service that has helped us become a recognized leader in the Twin Cities building market.

what is the process to cancel contract with in the three day period? The paperwork is missing (unreadable) that information due to printing issues.
