Overall a well built home.
Builders have a poor reputation for follow through and follow up. Shortly after moving there were a number of items that required a resolution. After initial meeting, there was zero contact. In addition, I recently passed my one year in house. There is supposed to be a follow up. I have not been contacted yet. All in all disappointing.

Our experience with Connie Ketchum was A-1! She is and was, most helpful in answering questions and resolving issues. Recommending this type of home would depend on what friends are looking for.

Additional Comments - We are very pleased and this is our second Cothran Home. We have confidence and enjoy the Cothran home. The changes in the amenities and the design are great. It is like a retreat, which is better than our current townhome.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I would say Cothran Homes met and exceeded my expectations by being flexible on their end with the closing. Most builders would say, "Hey, you know what. We are offering the home to someone else. You didn't qualify or aren't in a position to buy this home," or they would let other buyers consider it. So, I think for me, it was just the fact that they stood behind the fact that is was our home.
