I liked Michael's personality, and the crew that came was really effective with their communication skills. They were knowledgeable. The personalities of the staff was a really positive experience. They train their employees well, and they were very helpful with their knowledge and interaction.
Turn around time was too long, as well as communication received was mixed up and caused more delays. The thing I am not happy about, is only one person showed up to install, which then had to use my help to carry in counter top, place, etc.. which damaged my walls.
