They did a good job, but there were some things that happened that I didn't like.

Cherry Roofing Enterprises, Inc is friendly, provides great service, and has great pricing!

They were speedy, practical, and addressed all our issues. It was just a repair job and wasn't too complicated, but they were very accurate in their work.

Quite pleased with Cherry Roofing! Much better than the previous company we used.

I noticed some of the tiles on the roof weren't completely set. I can see them from the driveway. They aren't flushed with the other tiles. I did mention it to them. They really didn't give me an answer, and it wasn't resolved.

As a realtor with 30 years in the business, I know a multitude of contractors. However, Cherry Roofing exceeds all that I have ever dealt with. They are exceptionally professional and unconditionally reliable. I highly recommend anyone wanting to use a serious, professional, and competitive company to give Cherry Roofing a call.

Cherry roofing is a company with integrity, they did a quick clean job and came back two years later for warranty work which was a small job but important to us.

They were on time, and they did what they said they will do. They didn't sleep on their job. Likewise, they come in, do their job and out. Furthermore, they were professional. Everything went pretty smooth. The owners (the wife included) and staff are nice as well.

We had an issue when Cherry Roofing fixed my neighbors adjoining roof. In order to remedy the situation Cherry Roofing worked with me and remedied the situation to my satisfaction though it was an out of pocket expense to them. This reflects integrity and a dedication not only to their particular paying customer but to the community at large. Though I was not the customer I'm able to recommend Cherry Roofing as a company with integrity and a dedication to quality as well as customer (and non-customer) service.

The process was simple and Bobby explained what would need to happen, and gave me options with recommendations. He partnered with us on the best option. The workers showed up on time and finished the repairs that day, and cleaned up everything.

Clean - We had a little mishap and a bucket of sealeant was dropped on our stairs. Cherry took it upon themselves to clean and pressure clean the stairs to ensure everything was cleaned up properly!

Safe - Yes, have had no issues.

Communication - Cherry is easy to contact. You can call or email even text if needed.

Quality Of Materials

Quality Of Materials - Everywhere we have had leak issues has been repaired. So we are happy with what they are using.

Quality Of Workmanship - I have never called them out to readdress any issues that were problematic. That for me tells you they get it done right the first time.

Professional & Organized - Yes, Cherry is very professional and organized. If something happens, they make good on what they do and you receive emails of appointments.

Schedule - Yes, Cherry arrives when they schedule. No issues.

Sales Knowledge - Yes, Tim has been very helpful to get us where we need to be and always a phone call away.

Recognized Excellence - Tim has been nothing but an honorable person that lives by the code as his word is his bond. That goes a long way!
